The Tower of Terror debuts May 7, 2004 during an opening night press event designed to show off the new attraction's features, which includes an elevator that transports passengers to the Twilight Zone while dropping gravity at warp speeds. The Tower of Terror in Disney's California Adventure is the tallest structure at the Disneyland Resort at 183 feet.
